As mentioned previously (click HERE for previous post), ProSchools has partnered with ClearCert Compliance in order to ensure that our LTC courses are fully-compliant with each individual long-term care insurer’s requirements regarding mandated training needs.  ProSchools is going to make sure that we are ClearCert compliant in each state we’re in so that our students have no concerns or issues while getting fully certified Long-Term Care insurance training. 

We are pleased to announce that we have submitted the materials for LTC in Washington and anticipate approval within the next few days!  Washington has many rules and laws in place regarding consumer protections, required notifications to insureds and policyowners, and a couple of, well, “weird” things.  We had to tweak our course a bit to make sure that all of the mandated provisions and content requirements were included in the course.  I can safely say that the course is fully-compliant and I am excited to be able to announce the release of this course very soon!
