To Whom It May Concern,

I am a Licensed Loan Originator in the State of Maryland. I have a client who wants to purchase a home in Pennsylvannia. Can I do this one purchase loan without a PA license? Does PA allow one to originate up to 5 loans without being licensed in PA?

Thanks, Willis

Anyone licensed in numerous states is going to really like only having to take one exam and a state-specific exam. Mortgage Licensing hopefully will get a little more streamlined by this giant step.
