I am an experienced carpenter, 13 year experienced fumigator, and now termite inspector. True, many inspectors cannot or shall I say "confuse" a Fungus infection with weathered wood. There are many different types of fungi, yet a professional will identify correctly. many times the inspector will find a lot more Fungi damage behind the surface damaged area. It is important that all parties in a home sale know what a fungus infection looks like and that they are not getting ripped off by any "Budget Company".

Achieving a rapid sale of your property is difficult in the current market. But if you know where to go it may still be achieved.

You are more than welcome and thank you for your comment. When I was a new agent a few years back, we didn't hear of such things as short sales. As the market changed, I became a short sale listing specialist and taught experienced agents on the subject. Best of luck to you!
